Day 58
Breakfast - a banana and a protein shake
Lunch - oatmeal with muesli and honey and an apple
Snack - an apple and a slice of raisin toast
Dinner - vietnamese pho
Diary - so i felt extra guilty about going out for dinner last night so i woke up at 8am and started my bodyrock work out! lord jesus christ, it burnt like a mofo! chilled out for a bit then ran to my girls soccer match! spent the rest of the day chilling and catching up with family at grans house and of course, had yummy food!
everyday im getting more and more happy with my body, not because of how it physically looks, well partly cause of it, but because of the fact that other people are noticing the changes too! my dad isnt one to compliment people and today, he said i was looking smaller and good! even my uncle who i see like once a month commented on my determination and motivation to continue leading out a healthy lifestyle! and my friend nic mentioned that i looked like a hot personal trainer! hahaha. just small stuff like that makes me so happy and motivated! WEEOWW!
